Each apartment has infrastructure for air-conditioning and central heating, and are well insulated with, double glazing, exterior wall insulation, and 20cm dividing walls of acoustic (sound dampening) brick between each unit. Even the interior dividing walls are 12cm thick, all of which, with Albania's Mediterranean climate, will make heating bills tiny – definitely a consideration with oil prices climbing.

All apartments will be painted white, and will have fitted bathrooms, including a shower cubicle, WC, Bidet and wash-hand basin. Bathroom walls will be tiled, as will all floors throughout the apartments. Inner doors will be wood effect, and the apartments will all have an external security door. All apartments will have TV aerials installed, as well as telephone connections and hot and cold running water. There will also be an intercom system between each apartment and the external security door, the intercom will have a button which will release the security door locking system to prevent unwanted guests.
